Hey guys i had a fire right inbetween the brake res and the timing cover... i dont know how... but i did. so rather then buying a new wiring harness i got my friends 97 talon harness and and just matched wire to wire and i've got no wires left but one solid red with a single silver strip on the 97 piece and two of the same wires on the 99(sorry i cut right in front of the injector 1 i believe. and im soldering it in. i know i went wire to wire but the injectors arent firing... or maybe they are im just not getting any fuel? i dunno i've looked for a fuse that had something to do with fuel written on it but i cant find one. i love my dsm and im driving a piece of shit neon atm and would love to hop back in my kickass ride... please help me!!!!!!!!!!

Before you hop back in your "kickass ride" you need to track down what caused that fire! I'd check all your other wires as well, like the cam sensor for instance.

I'd recommend picking up the Electrical service manual and making sure everything is wired in correctly. Unless someone on the boards has a link to a diagram.

okay i figured out the wiring diff's... damn that was a pain. okay. so... i was thinking... if i didnt touch the 2 wires on injector 4 4123 why wouldnt it be firing... its got to be a relay or fuse.... right?
