Ok this is my problem I already did about an hour on searching but all other post lead in the wrong direction..My injectors aren't firing....Ok first of all I had rewired my car so the battery is in the back using a 6 gauge maybe 8g amp wiring kit(100amp fuse) and ran to the back of car now after all mods in my profile were done in a 30 day period I just had reassembled the car now the car started right up before I did all of this and now I get spark, I get fuel to rail and pressure but after toying with it trying to figure it out I pulled the plugs and not an ounce of fuel was sprayed. So thats how I know the injectors aren't firing. Now the funny thing is When having the 100amp fuse in car before the first start after cranking it over i heard the jolting sounds which sounds like the injectors but not sure it cranked once then blew the 100 amp fuse(odd) then replaced it with a 80amp fuse. I heard the jolting sound like I always did with the car before the all the work. I turned it over and it didn't start I attempted to try again then blew the fuse again. So I replaced with another 80 amp fuse then it kept cranking over and over and over but didn't blow the fuse BUT no jolting sounds. I checked wires for about 3 hours making sure everything was plugged in an making sure there was no shorts or blown fuses..What could this be. I doubt its the ecu I just replaced it.

Thanks a million sorry for the long post.

I just thought of something...The bolts that hold the power transistor and the coil pack are they meant to ground them out because I just had painted the valve cover and maybe there not getting a ground?

First of all, an 8awg power cable to the front of your car is not even close to enough wire. You need to be running at least a 2awg. That right there can cause enough problems.

Next you should check your MFI fuse.

What and were is my mfi fuse?...Its a 5 gauge wire...sorry..

c'mon someone has to know plus I have to move my car by tommorrow afternoon or the tow fairy is going to visit me.

Yes, they are supposed to be grounded. Check to make sure they are grounded using a multimeter.

How could I do that i'm not to meter smart...LOL...

Sorry I mean intake manifold.

1. Get yourself a cheap multimeter from Wal-Mart.
2. Turn the knob to the voltage section at 20.
3. Hold the positive wire to the positive terminal of your battery.
4. Hold the negative wire to the brackets that hold the coil pack and power transistor. The meter should read around 12 volts.

Got you I allready have a multimeter Ill try tonight.Do you know anything this mfi fuse. see what I did was I ran a power wire that runs to a relay then I ran the 10 gauge wires for the fuel pump to battery, ground, and fuel pump so I kinda of bypassed all the factory fuel wiring woulds this affect anything as well?

^ You confused me with this. It sounds like you don't have a wire tripping the relay for your fuel pump.

That is rewiring instructions for the fuel pump. Regardless of having relocated your battery, that is how your fuel pump should be wired. And I agree with absolute_DSM - 8ga wire seems too small to me.

It is because I'm getting fuel to the rail. but wiring this way will it affect anything causing my injectors to fail

I can't believe I'm not getting any help here. I pulled the ecu and its fine.

First, you need to run at least a 2awg to the front of your car. 5 gauge (if there even is a 5 gauge made) is still way too small. Im surprised your car even starts. That lead has got to get damn hot.

2nd, make sure you rewired your fuel pump correctly. Go over it 3 times, at least, to make sure its RIGHT.

Hell even apply power to the relay and make sure it works. Go over your grounds 3 times too.

3rd, check your MPI/MFI fuse.
Where and how to test it - http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/problem-diagnosis/263224-mfi-mpi-relay.html

4th, check your CAS - this sounds like your problem
1 - Pull the CAS off the cam
2 - Turn the key to ON but do NOT start it
3 - Hold the CAS in your hand and turn it slowly, you should hear your injectors clicking

If you dont hear your injectors clicking, you should suspect a faulty CAS and swap with a known good one.

And lastly, please dont whine when people arent replying. Sometimes we have things to do besides sit here and help you. Luckily, Im lazy right now.

ok good..but if I ran the fuel pump stand alone say pump to switch to battery would that stop my injectors from working?

Ok I Fixed It...thanks A Million Turbosax2...i Wired The Fuel Pump Wrong.

Good to hear you got it fixed!

So what part did you wire wrong / what did you have to change to fix it?

Well I just put it back to stock...I guess standalone wiring wont work..
