[RESOLVED] Low Idle

When I start the car my idle stays around 1k for the first minute. Then it dips down to around 800 and fluxuates back and fourth from 400-800 sometimes goes back up to 1k. What should I be looking at. Also it has been cold here as of lately and never noticed this in the summer months.

Noobs let this be a lesson to you always use that search button. Played around with the screw on top of the throttle body. Perfect Idle after adjusment and i forgot to hook up one of the vaccuum lines on my new intake.
