Alright my car Feels like when I start boosting (Anything above 5 pounds) the car doesnt turn of but feel Like its stuck , wont go higher in rpms. I can let of the gas pedal and hit it again and it wont do anything but If I feather the throttle (below or at 5 pounds) It can go through the normal rpm's.
Well I did a boost leak test and I tested it at the turbo And heard hissing in the exhaust manifold/turbine housing. Although When I put the tester on the throttle body elbow all was fine. no hissing by the exhaust. The car was cold and I tried moving the crank to 30* ATDC and same thing. My timing marks do line up. I already fixd the leaks at the throttle body and removed the egr valve (Blocked off) and cleaned up the hoses.
Any help would be great.

Mine also makes the noise in the exhaust housing of the turbo during a boost leak test. I tested mine when cold as I have the car apart and theres no way to test it "hot". I saw someone post on here that a little air through the turbo is normal with a cold car...but not on a hot car. They suggested testing it after running it for a while. The leak through the turbo is apparently affected by temperature a little.

If there are some miles on the turbo and it is a TD0 housing than it could very well be the O-Ring that seals the compressor housing. The compressor housing is held on by an enormous circle clip and can be removed (with a lot of patience) with the turbo on the car using circle clip pliers with 90 degree tips. Now, what i did was put a think layer of 02 sensor safe rtv around the O-Ring and reinstalled the compressor housing instead of buying a new one, and it sealed up great. This may or may not be your problem, but it wouldn't hurt to check.

My turbo (V-Trim) has a seal which only seals under oil pressure. I'm guessing most turbos are like that. The only way you can work around it is to start the test past the turbo. As in the LICP.
