Runnin on 2 cylinders, Solved

Ok, well, The car was runnin great since I got it put back together last. Until today! I was driving like normal, speed limit, nothing hard. Then all the sudden the car felt like I got a random misfire. I pulled over and good thing I bring some tools just in case. I pulled the spark plugs and they looked good. I looked for an intercooler pipe maybe popped off, nope! So, I started the car and nursed it back home. I was runnin very lean! My knock mil light never came on. I had oil pressure, good coolant temp, nothing was leaking. The car felt like it feels like your driving with a popped off intercooler pipe tho. I got home and looked some more. Nothing. I just did a boost leak test and nothing there either, all good. I am going to do a compression check, check for spark out of the plugs and see if that turns up anything. Any suggestions would really be great.

Do a compression and leak down test. If that's alright then get a boost leak tester. If those aren't the problems could fuel pump.

I already did a boost leak teat and it was good. I did forget to say, I do have fuel pressure and its at 43.5 psi and as I rev it, the FP does go up. So I know that that is good.

Also, another thing I forgot to mention. The car was not smoking at all. It did have a heavy gas smell out the exhaust, but that doesnt make sense to me if my WB02 was reading very lean.

Compression check is good. Coil pack is bad. 1,4 are firing but 2,3 are not. Easy fix! WOW, I was runnin only on 2 cylinders! Thanks for the help 1gDSM4G63.

Did you determne it was teh coil with a volt meter? I'm wondering what the spec is on them myself. I had my factory manual "walk away" from the shop one day and now i don't have a lot of teh specs i need to know ona regular basis,and googling requires teh PC so i'm trying to rebuild my notes on the mitsus sensors and tests on them.
