Evil Boost Leak

ok so i have a 95' eclipse GST.

-turbo smart dual stage boost controler
-8.5mm MSD plug wires
-NGK plugs
-Autometer Boost gauge
-highflow cat
-HKS SSQV BOV 2007

ok now that you know what i have done maybe you can tell me why is it the when i hit full throttle my boost gauge peaks out at around 15 psi and then drops to 10 psi and then slowly leaks from there to 0 psi? i figured the peak and drop was from restrictive exhaust but now i am wondering why it slowly leaks away? i jus replaced my exhaust manifold gasket and used copper coat and the turbo gasket is in good shape so i dont know where the leak is please help! i hate boost leaks.

You're going to have to do a boost leak test. I'm afraid no one will be able to tell you what's wrong just by saying what parts you have and that it leaks down that bad. ALthough that's probably the worst case i've ever heard of. Does it go to zero while you're wide open hammering on it? has to be a HUGE leak somewhere if so.

Search teh forums for boost leak test, there's ton's of ways to make teh tester.

yea it does wide open and it just drops it puts me in my seat till it peaks out then just doesnt.... feels like im not boosting at all.

That has to be some crazy huge leak. Id build a tester and find it ASAP
