major problems! running rich! please help!

I have searched but could not get a straight answer

I have a 95 Eagle Talon TSi automatic

mods:
evo3 16g turbo
SSAC intercooler(short route)
voodoo MBC
injen style intake
k&n filter
ngk 7s
bosch wires
2.5 turbo back
1g bov

i have all stock fuel

my problems are when I try to go the car hesitates bad, all the way to 3k rpm, once I hit 3k rpm the boost is at 10-12psi and it will not pass this at all, the car should be pulling hard?

I have black liquid spitting out of my exhaust, it smells like fuel, but once it warms up it will go away?

when I rev it pops, it starts at 5k rpm and still pops all the way to 7k rpm, rpms in this range seem to build slower than usual?

please help!

IMO upgrade your fuel system on that car. Stop all revving immediately when you hear popping. Invest in some proper tuning management. an AFC/DSMLINK etc w/e you prefer in the end. What are your plans with the car? Do you have a cel on at the moment?
 
i would if i had the money but right now i need to find my problems, i only revved it once then i stopped, i plan on a SAFC, 550s, and a walbro 190

my plans are 320hp with the 16g

no cel

if im correct i should be running fine with just simple bolt ons like this, i have the boost set to 14psi

i checked compresson 170-165-170-170, when i did this i noticed my spark plugs where covered with black carbon,very thick, i only put about 20 miles on it since my 16g install, and i changed the spark plugs when i was done putting on the turbo

Have you done a boost leak test? How was the car running before the install? Anything peculiar at all?
 
i have no boost leaks at all, did the test about a week ago, havent touched anything

i started to have the same problem with t25, i thought it was the turbo but i was wrong

it seemed to start with the intercooler install but ive checked and checked again for boost leaks

my injectors seem to be ticking?
 
If you are absolutely sure that you have no boost leaks (pressurized system to 20psi and held for ~30 seconds), then i would suspect a MAS problem. Get your hands on some sort of scan tool if you don't have one already (pocketlogger, etc.)
