Alright, here we go. I'm going to tell you everything i possibly can.

Car is a 1998 GSX. The transmission was just (as in 0 miles) rebuilt by Dunhum Transmissions.
The clutch is a ACT street disk with a ACT 2600 pressure plate.
The flywheel is an existing Fidanza flywheel.
It was there before but i bought a new exchangable plate for it and put it on and torqued it to spec.
Throw out bearing only goes one way so i cant #### that up. And the clutch 30ft lbs and flywheel 100 ft lbs both torqued.

Trans is completely bolted to the block and everything is flush.
Shifter cables feel fine when car is off. When car is not running it shifts through ALL gears just fine.

But now to the problem/s. When car is on it will NOT shift into ANY gear.
I bled the clutch 3 times and just about went through two bottles of fluid.
But here is the wierd thing.
The clutch pedal feels great right after we get finished bleeding.
But a few minutes later it feels like shit again.
So I'm going to go buy a slave cyln first thing tomorrow morning and get that in asap.
But i was wondering if anyone can think of something else it might be?
Could the flywheel have anything to do with this?
Or is just the slave cyln to blame?

Look under your dash where the clutch pedal pushes in the rod of the master cylinder. If there is any fluid you should replace both.

The line going soft like this is an indication of failing clutch master/slave cylinder, It is ideal to replace both whenever one fails.

I had that problem with a Exedy clutch in mine, I just put an extended slave cylinder in and it worked. I actually made mine, they are easy as hell to make, and after it was installed, I had an adjustable slave cylinder, haha.
