Well, I was out driving to Krogers today and when I got in to leave the store my car wouldn't start. I pressed down on the clutch (like always) ,turned the ignition and if my memory serves me correct there was a slight fizzle sound and nothing. Tried to start it up again to nothing, the car doesn't make a sound when I try to turn the ignition.
This has lead me to believe it is either a problem with the battery or a fuse. So I tested to see if it was the battery by having someone in the parking lot jump me off. Nada, car didn't make a sound even after a good 5 minutes of juice flowing into the battery.
For my final test I decided to see if the front headlights would come on. I turned them on and got out to see if they were working. They weren't but what I did find is that there is an electrical sizzle coming from the fuse box. I removed it but I haven't the slightest how to remove a fuse or how to check if one has busted or not.
Does it sound like the fuse to you guys or am I going in completely the wrong direction?
