Here is what my CEL said as per autozone's diagnostic device

Definition
Fuel trim bank one (poss. safcII)

Explanation
The powertrain control module uses the oxygen sensor to calculate the a/f ration of the engine. The computer has recognized a rich or lea condition in one engine bank only.

probable Causes
1. If bank one and two codes set together suspect fuel pressure or MAF sensor
2. Oxygen sensor defective (unlikely, i replaced it about a year and a half ago)
3. Ignition misfire repair (unlikely, i replaced the plugs and wires 3k miles ago, plus the car runs smooth)
4. Fuel injector problem. (possible, i upgraded the turbo, running 16psi my stock injectors 450cc's are being maxxed out)

chime in, tell me what you guys think

the car runs good. It runs very smooth and i've been getting great gas mileage. My only thought is that i have an injector on its way out. I upgraded to a 16g at 16psi about 6 months ago. Do you guys think that it may be pushing the injectors too hard? i don't think that its the o2 sensor b/c i replaced the one at the housing already.

Hey, update your profile list! We need to know all those little bits - like injectors. ;)

Do you have a logger to read what the 02 is putting out and possibly the injector duration? How did you set the safc without a wideband and logger - base level calcs?

Other possibilities:

Have you run a voltmeter to the fuel pump to make sure it's getting proper voltage?
When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

Not knowing whether it's rich or lean is a huge problem in diagnosis. It may still run smooth even if it's just a little rich/lean but cause damage.

Do you have a MBC? Have you tried resetting the ecu and limiting the boost to check under lower pressure?

Check your connections and make sure the wires to the O2 aren't touching anything HOT. This messes with the voltage signal and may be causing an incorrect reading even though it is operating correctly.

Lots of options, hopefully we can narrow this down.

i'll update my profile in a bit.
I have a Walbro 190, stock FPR, Stock injectors
I haven't used a volt meter to check voltage yet...but i will now that you mentioned it.
I was actually gonna change my fuel filter the next time i do an oil change (very soon)
I have a MBC, but i havent tried reseting the ecu yet, the light only came on 2 days ago.
I'll check out all the connections tomorrow morning, and make sure the wires aren't touching anything hot.

i know theres a fairly wide variety of things that this can be, but i'll figure it out and fix the issue. I am gonna hook it up to a logger this weekend and see what its reading and get back to you with the results. Thank you very much for your response and list of possabilities.
