Question on 420a turbo setup?

Im running into trouble and i have no idea how people removed their ECU and Fuse Box to run the intake filter that goes into the turbo on the right side. Can anyone tell me where they put it bc im completely lost. If someone has a DYI article please post it. Id prefer moving the fuse box and ecu instead of just slapping on a filter on the right side of the turbo. So if anyone can help me out id appreciate it. Thats my only problem. thanks
