electrical issue part 2

my problem started last sunday when i hit a corner a 45mph to see how the tein ss would hold and ever since then i cant figure out what the hell happen. my 20 amp engine fuse blew then my alt went but that i knew was on the way out i changed the alt and now everytime i try to drive the car the fuse blows and the car shuts off. i am getting a quick engine light flash then that is it. i checked all the fuse i am open to any suggestion or ideas. i am getting full charge from the alt so that is a good thing

Make sure your battery is tied down so it won't short against the hood or strut brace.

thanks i checked that i got the car up the hill last night and i was going up the hill the check engine light flashed and the fuse blew. i dont know what else to llok for it has me stumped.

So it idles ok and you only get the problem when hard turning or going up a hill? Check for loose electrical connections especially on the alt. Does it happen when rocking the car while sitting still? Any work done before this started?

i started then and know every time i move the car the engine fuse blows every time i did find that 2 wires from the o2 harness was out of the harness and 1 was touching the body of the car could that be the cause. i also took out my avcr cause i think that had part to do with it. the only mods i did was install a smim.
