ok, so long story shor, car started running rich and only on 2 cyl. pulled ecu, caps blown. bought a used ecu w/ caps replaced (good job on caps) and installed. the used ecu was "untested" and i dont know anyone around here to swap me to test it. After i installed the new ecu instead of codes 13,14,21,25 i now just get 12 (maf) when i start it. So replaced the maf with a used, tested, workinf maf. still get code 12. Now the stock boost gauge doesnt move at all except when i turn the key on it goes to 0. turn the car on and it drops all the way dow, aftermarket is working fine. Now my big question is if i have something messed up and it's still throwing code 12 for maf is this going to make my stock boost gauge do this? I'm still trying to figure out what is going on with my car. It's bogging, wont rev past 4k, and is blowing black smoke. Feels like it's dumping tons of gas into the chamber. already replaced o2, plugs, checked wires, boost leaks, ect. Did i get an untested = burnt ecu or is there problems in the maf wiring somewhere. It's going to a shop next weekend if i cant figure it out, and on that note, is there anyone that knows of any shops in pensacola that dont suck. thanks,
