I've tried a buncha stuff, but i still have a problem-
Car is a 1990 Talon
New belts
Battery relocated to trunk
4 gauge wire From alternator terminal to wire that goes into distribution block
4 Gauge wire from Distribution block to battery
4 Gauge battery to ground
All of the following is a daisy chained ground, crimped and soldered-
4 gauge from front upper motor support to shock tower, 8 gauge to intake mani, from intake mani, 8 gauge to firewall, and 8 gauge to bolt on transmission, 4 gauge from bolt to P/S frame rail, and 8 gauge from frame rail to cam sensor.
Car makes 14.4 volts at battery at idle, with no load.
If i put the headlights on, and the stock electric fan on, the car's idle would drop to 5-600, and makes moving from a stop a real SOB.
Any suggestions as to what this problem could be?

Sounds about normal to me. What's the voltage at the battery when lights and fan on at idle? Should still be over 13V (if not you probably have a short or bad alternator). Maybe you just aren't giving it enough gas when starting out?
