I found a place in my town that has 114 octane but it's leaded....if I either unbolt or just hollow out my cat.... can I run this octane or will it mess up my car.

Running leaded gas will eventually kill your O2 sensors. Hollowing out your cat won't do much. I'm pretty sure it just makes them inactive/kills them, but doesn't clog them.

If I were you I would either pass entirely on the gas or use it very rarely. How often do you really want to turn your boost up that high anyway?

I was told by someone somewhere that it will clog the cat. I'm not sure though.

Well, it will definitely clog your cat. It will also clog/kill your O2 sensors. So, I would say just to pass it up, because even 1/4 tank of leaded fuel can destroy them.
