I recently changed the clutch on my Talon and when putting the transmission in i got mad because it wasn't cooperating so I slamed it up and broke the reverse plug on the top of the tranny.( Tranny went in though). Anywho, what I wanna know is if I can get another reverse plug for the top of the tranny? If so, how hard is it to replace? Does it involve taking the transmission back out? Thanks guy. Later

It is a piece of cake to replace in the car and can be bought from the dealership. I broke two of them installing a tranny but made the (new) second one work with the cap damaged. As long as the leads make contact and the plug doesn't fall off you're fine.

Broke mine in a clutch install. I went to the local pick and pull, and with the right wrench she comes right out for replacement. No worries, just swap it out with a good one.
