i have a 1990 gsx i put a new engine in and when it reaches operating temp it wont start
.when its cold it will start right up.

Bad engine temp sensor (or coolant temp sensor) for ECU - not the gauge one or a wire fell off so ECU always keeps mixture rich. You could have a Injector stuck open.
