hey

I've installed mbc like that http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Manual-Boost-Controller-VBC-Turbo-kit-Turbocharger_W0QQitemZ250043089273QQihZ015QQcategoryZ33742QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

connected from nipple on compressor housing to lower nipple on mbc and WG to higher.

MBC is rather ok, when I turn it to minimum and try to blow air it doesn't come out, but while turning it to higher boost air flows.

the problem is, that boost is 15psi even if I turn MBC very near to minimum

didn't tried to raise boost cause I'm affraid...:)

That is one of the things you get with eBay boost controllers. Very inconsistant. I wouldn't bother going over 15psi anyways since your turbo is pretty well maxed out and your probably going to hit fuel cut pulling that much air.

But I think that mbc is ok, there's not much to broke .... ball, spring and screw... ;)

But like stated above, its an ebay mbc.

Im not bashing them, ive known many people that have had great results with them, but just as many if not more that have had them fail within a few months of buying one.

I made the mistake of buying one, and about a month of using it, it had no control over my boost, id spike to 20+.

Make the investment and purchase a proven brand. Your'e taking a big gamble with one of those, and accurate boost is too important to take a chance on. Im running dejon's now and it's running great, very accurate.

So you have the lower valve hooked up to a boost source and the upper valve hooked to the wastegate actuator? That sounds right, but that doesnt look like a typical dsm MBC.
Did you try to switch the hoses?
You could also try hooking up the lower nipple in between the BOV and intake manifold, and cap off the compressor housing valve.
