Do you have a front strut tower bar? If so, did the positive terminal ground out on it? Did you check the the battery grounds, specifically the main ground going to the bell housing? Start by checking continuity between the battery(-) and chassis/engine. Check cable ends for breaking/fraying. Also, check the main fuse under the hood(either 80 or 100 amp, cant remember) at the fuse box.

If you were able to tighten the ground cable and get some power into the car, I would suspect dirty/poor connections.

i'll try again cause thats the only thing i can think of is the bad connections cause only sometimes when i remove the negative terminal can i get power for the accesories it takes me like 10 tries or ten minutes whichever come first i do have a strut tower bar and i'll check that too but i did check the main fuse it looked good thanks for the suggestion i'll post back after checking thanks alot
