I finally finished the turbo conversion on my 93 laser. After installing everything i turned the key and the car started right up with i little high idle but was just the throttle cable out of adjustment. there are no CELs with turbo and MAS. now idle is pretty low (just above 500) and whenever the car starts to built boost (pretty much as right after boost builds to 3psi) the car stutters/stumbles really hard. When i attemt a first to second gear pull all is well under 3000rpm then if i try to open it up it feels like it cuts fuel then comes back when i let off. also when this happen the exhaust pops when it cuts out. (I am running exhaust right off O2 housing right now)

any insight?
(i am running good 450s, turbo MAS, knock sensor, resistor box, MBC, and turbo ECU with modified NT wiring harness)

Install a better fuel pump, change the fuel filter, check and/or replace plugs and wires, and do a boost leak test.
im with im on the boost leak test

ps that is a verry nice laser you have there :thumb:

so a swithched my fuel pump to a good workin one from my buddys Tsi and that didn't help. changed spark plugs, wires and even tried the turbo FPR to eleminate all NT parts. It's not a boost leak ### i have had bad leaks before in my other car. this is fuel so i have come to the conclusion that it is my ECU. i got it off ebay anyway
