question about 1gen to 2gen MAS

I feel dumb ### i keep looking all over and i cant find anything to help me out with a MAS conversion. I have a 1gen talon tsi.. I also have a 2gen MAS with wiring and was wondering if some could halp me with converting my 1gen to a 2gen MAS. is it just splicing or is it more in depth. i thiugh i woulg ask before i cut
