ok i done a 6bolt swap changed harness and everything then rebuilt motor and now i have a problem, when the car sits for awhile i gotta mess with the MPI relay and then it will start but is missing then I pull the top off the injectors and they all make a difference but the one so i figured I would put one my N/T injectors in it's place to see if it made a difference and it dont when. the car seems to be running really rich meaning I can smell/see gas smoke out the exhaust. I know my ECU has leaking capacitors but it has ran fine till I put the motor back in rebuilt." got a good one on the way" when i drive it, it dont even want to boost it's missing so badly.

what could this be
 
Your ECU has leaking capacitors and you're waiting for a new one, correct? I'd say wait until you get the new ECU installed and then post up whether or not that will help. I don't know what the injectors are rated at for a N/T (are they the same?) but a manual transmission 1G is 450cc while a automatic transmission is 380, 390cc? Something along those lines. Man it's been a while.
Anyway...
Your N/T ECU will not be able to compensate for the higher rated injectors and your N/T injectors will not be able to provide enough fuel for the turbo. The long and short of it is you need a manual transmission ECU for a turbo 1G. Assuming of course you have a manual transmission car.

no no no, I got a Manual tranny Turbo ECU nbot a N/T ECU, I swapped out the injector that was not working with one from my N/T and it still is not working. I am possitive it's the ECU though.


what I am saying is i have to unplug and plugin the MPI relay 3-4 times in order to get the car to start, when it does start it misses like hell I tried to drive it and it's missin so bad it dont even want to boost. the MPI relay is clicking like it's goin crazy sometimes and some tiems it isn't I took the plugs out and they are pitch black. I started it up and took the injector plugins off one at a time and 3 of them made a difference 1 didn't. SO i switched the the 1 injector out with a N/T one and that still did not make a difference. I am blaming it on the ECU till i get the one i ordered too see if it fixes the problem.

well guys got the ECU and it made it start easier. but now it wont boost past 1 PSI and misses like shit.
