Help a Muscle car guy out

Hi, and first I think this site is great. I although I have a 70 Chevelle,have recently reinherited a Talon,non turbo,5 speed,for use as a driver. Now.. I just started having a bad leak from below. Its on the passenger side looking up ,near the filter,above the blue ,looks like rubber that covers the drive axel I think? I dont have a life so its difficult to find. Can someone narrow down the possible suspects as best as one can considering the info.

Your certainly welcome here as a muscle car guy, though, we will ask that you try to keep thread titles relevant to the issue of the post.

A picture would be helpful, oil leaks can be very difficult to find, you may also consider a fluorescent oil additive i have heard of you can get at parts stores, you add it to your oil and after a few days go under with a black light, your leak will glow from its origin.

I'm sorry to hear that, have you try using a light?

First thing to do is to clean everything off so you can track down the leaks. Also please change the title like already suggested, this is to make searching easier for others with the same problem in the future.

This sounds like it might be the CV joint boot? If so, check for tears in the boot.

What are you leaking? Trans fluid, Engine oil, PS fluid, coolant?

We need a bit more info before the problem can be diagnosed.
