Hey watz up i took out my tranny to change my clutch and now I spent hours and hours tryin to put my tranny back on but its really hard i can get the tranny to line up so close but the back of the tranny is hiting the back of the frame been tryin to do this for dayz any suggestons

You'll have to rotate the engine bit by bit manually until everything lines up. You do this through the front drivers side wheel well. There is a small round cap which leads to a 1/2 inch size dealy to rotate it (errr...You use a 1/2" ratchet w/extention.) It will eventually line up appropriately. It helps to have someone else rotate it while you try to get it on right.

Sorry for my poor description. I'm tired.

here is what i do.. remove the other two motor mounts on the motor and loose then drivers side one so that it lowers the motor a lil bit.. and you did use clutch disk alignment tool when installing the clutch, basically thats the best way really you shouldnt need to turn the motor at all one tooth is the same mount of play you get in turning the tranny really it shouldnt be an issue..

just keep truckin at it..

thanks u understand what im talking about the clutch is on is jus the problem is tryin to get the tranny straight to push it in i spent hours and hours still no luck i took off the bolts for the front and back mounts but not the driver side and the tranny spine is comin so close to go in the pressure plate but the tranny keeps hittin the back of the chasis

thanks to all but I got the tranny in it was a bi*** the motor was to low when i took off the front and back bolts so the shaft that connects to the transfer case kept hittin the fly wheel soon as i jacked up the engine caz it was complete restin on the chasised it cleared and i had the tranny high enough and the right spot to wiggle it and push it foward and it sucked right in thanks to all
