so the other day i took my intake hose, MAF and filter off to gain access to another part and when i replaced it i forgot to hook up the MAF sensor, i drove for about a block and when i stopped i noticed the engine was idling high so i popped the hood and reconnected the sensor and the cars idle went back to normal. the next day when i started my car to let it warm up i noticed that the idle would go up about 300 rpm and back down, and when i drive it at a constant speed (lets say 30) ill feel it buck a lil but it doesnt show it on the tach. anyways, a lil help please, maybe i need to clear my codes? the CEL is on now. thanks

Your ECU likely has a stored MAS, IAT and Barometer code. and is running in "safe" mode.
Disconnect the (-) battery cable for a bit to reset the ECU.

Also make sure all connections post-MAS are tight and not leaks :dsm:
