After finishing my gauges I had no radio and found a blown fuse. So I fixed that and then I blew another for the interior lights. Replaced that and now I have no parking lights. I tried replacing the fuse but it just keeps blowing. I tested everything for continuity and its all good. I am getting around 12.7 vdc at the fuse location. I get 27.7 vac at the connection too. If anyone has an Idea befor I contact Satan please chime in. I work nights so I really can't afford a ticket or satans prices.

27.7 vac? Your alternators got some bad diodes or regulator is bad in it. Take alternator to a specialty alternator/starter repair shop (see yellow pages) which test alternators properly - NOT an auto store which just test go-no go dcv.
