1995 eagle talon tsi awd .
well it goes like this my car sometimes has an idle surge, but then sometimes it doesn't i do know what 2 do. i mean it idles at 750 -800 at times and then it will surge sometimes at around 1500-2000 really fast. so at these times i just ignore it but its pissing me off right now. i have 1 mod a ijen intake, i see some people writing that u can un plug the isc or something when its not doing the surge thing but i want to know if that is bad at all for the car.
also were can i find a dsm club in the new york area cause then i could get some help from them also.
