Alarm...Help!?!?!

I just replaced the O2 sensor today, everything is fine until I turn on my headlights. When the headlights come on the horn alarm goes off, until I disconnect my battery.
The window and door lock have no power. Could it be a blown fuse, anyone else experience this?
