I Have 1996 Eclipse Non/terbo 5sp.bought It From Friend Who Redone Motor.
He Said Jt Ran 5 Min And Shut Down.has Not Ran Since.new Parts Include
Coil Pack,crank Sensor,ecu,wireing Harness.it Sparks 1time When You First Crank It And Again When You Shut The Key Off. When You Shut Key Off It Backfires Through Exhaust?????????

First, some halfway decent grammar and punctuation would make your post a lot more legible, and probably easier to understand and help with. Second, how can you tell it's sparking only when you crank it and then turn the key off?

Can you lend anymore insight into your problem?

i checked the spark with a tester.when it starts cranking over it has spark then stops until
it stops cranking it sparks again.

are you saying it sparks after the car is done trying to crank over?? How old are the plugs and wires? Are the wires in correct firing order? need more detail into the problem....

the plugs and wires are new also.when the key springs back it fires once again and backfires through exhaust.
