14b, 3" exhaust, open dump and alot of creep

Hello, I recently added a 14b onto my eclipse. I am currently running the exhaust/turbo setup with the 14b, 3" turboback, ported open dump, and intake. I get alot of boost creep, the wastegate is opening at 10psi and I have creeped all the way upto 20.2 psi. I have tried switching wastegates and that didnt help. I tried running with and without my Profec B, it had no effect. I have read that it is usually necessary to port out the wastegate hole. I wasnt sure if I needed to do that or if something else needed adjusting since I am running with a 3" turboback and a ported open dump. If I port out the wastegate, should I also buy a larger flapper? Thanks for your help. -Brian

Porting out your wastegate hole is about all you need to do. Chances are you've always had some boost creep, but your exhaust is probably making it a little bit worse since you don't have Cats anymore.
