1G problem

So about a month and a half ago my timeing belt slipped. Took it to my Machanic and had to spend around $1500. He replaced all my belts and gaskets and had my head sent off and re done because it was in really bad shape as you can image. He also noticed my eghaust manifold was cracked. I was planning on buying headers soon anyways so that wasnt a problem. I baught Pacestter Headers and he installed it. Ok heres the problem. The car seems to be running great but my check engine light comes on whenever i dont touch the gas or im idleing. Also i just re hooked my Air fuel guage and im running rich most of the time. Anyone have any idea why my check engine light is on and why im running rich?

I'm betting your O2 sensor needs to be replaced. If not, it may be a product of the cracked exhaust manifold, which can throw off your O2 sensor readings.
