Ok super noob question here, but where do you check the primary resistance for the coil? At the connector on the coil correct and not the plug on the car. My secondary resistance is well within spec both about 12.5k but measuring at the connector im getting .01 for both when they should be .7 - .86. My car keeps dying out after it is warmed up and im trying to narrow it down.
 
someone will undoutbable post the testing diagram, but it didnt help me at all.
It's too vague. and does not resemble my coil packs.
Supposedly there is 3 terminals on each pack to test. I'm unsure of their designations.
Perhaps someone can clarify for the both of us.
 
And that diagram is the connector on the coil itself? right. Not the plug that comes from the car wiring.
