Lack of fuel and boost gauge trouble

Where does the hose to the boost gauge connect?
Also, the car will not rev past 5500rpm, why?
The car should be able to run my T3 turbo with 450cc injectors and stock fuel pump. Any suggestions?
 
Hopefully you're planning on upgrading your fuel system before long. It's not too wise to run a bigger turbo on a stock fuel system.


Anyways, I would do a boost leak test, and if for some reason that doesn't yield any results, check your plugs, wires, and fuel filter.

Will it not go past 5500 at all? or when you get to 5500, does it just sputter a bunch?
 
I had the same problem it was dieing down we could find a boost leak anywhere Finally one day we took my car apart and on the back side of the intercooler one of the welds had a Split down it. This caused the car to feel like under higher rpms and Higher boost it felt like i had a fuel cut.. be 4 we found the leak i eneded up buy new wires, plugs, cap, and filter insert. Good luck

The place I did it and heard was the best place is to T into the line going from your Intake Manifold to your FPR (Fuel Pressure Regulator). Most people recommend cutting a slit in your Steering Wheel Boot and feed the line through there.
 
boost guage hooks to a nipple on the intake manifold(rite above fuel rail).you are reading manifold preassure.

The black plastic thing is the Fuel Pressure Regulator. The lower part of the left-hand black hose runs to a nipple on the intake manifold. (Disregard the hose on the right side.) The "T" part will go to your boost gauge line. Use rubber hose, not the white nylon crappy line that comes with most boost gauges. It'll kink and break and suck. You may need a barbed fitting on the back of your gauge, which you can buy at most auto parts stores.
