I have a '92 Plymouth Laser RS AWD the car was givin' to me about a year and half ago. Since then I have replaced the ECU some cool person put an ECU from a dodge colt into it, it ran like shit. I have replaced the plugs with NGK Iridium IX, and Accel wires. The car still likes to jerk really hard after it warms up and you drive it for awhile. It wont go above 3,500 RPM in any gear, it also likes to die whenever you come to a stop after it warms up. Im thinking it might be the coil packs or the ISC motor, but i wanted some input before i go spending a lot of more money on it. Also the car has a bad oil leak that is coming somewhere from the front of the engine, I have replaced the valve cover, valve cover gasket, and somehow the oil is still leaking down on the top of the headers. The car needs a new clutch too but I don't think that is any of the problem here. Thanks.

You mean your manifold right? Your car doesn't have headers ;)

And my Valve Cover leaked constantly, until I finally got fed up with it, and replaced the gasket and siliconed it. Haven't had any leaking since. If you can't see clearly where the oil is coming from, check the dipstick. DSM's are notorious for winning the dipstick launching contests.

Your spark plugs are the wrong ones for our cars. You need NGK BPR 6ES gapped at .028". Also test the plug wires for resistance. And test the coil pack's primary and secondary coils for resistance.

It sounds like the coil pack is going bad or even a boost leak, As for the manifold oil leak, if you are sure it is not coming from the valve cover or turbo oil line, it may be coming through a exhaust manifold stud, this can happen, if so just pull the stud and put some high temp sealant around it and reinstall. But it does sound lie you need to take some time and check for boost leaks, leaks are very common and the #1 cause of our cars running bad.
