alright, i'll take off running at 15 psi, and even at full throttle first gear will be alright, but when i do second and so on, right when it hits say 3000rpm, it starts to backfire really bad, and its like as if car is chokin, and the rev is jus stumbling. it just wont accelarate right at 2nd gear and higher, and high rpms from that point on...my friend is guessin that it has to do something with the sensor, not sure what its called exactly, but the one beneath the car, one before or after the cat/test pipe. when i first installed the test pipe it would back fire, but not anything big and anything unexpected. but for while now its been doin it really bad. any ideas?? could my friend be right and all i need is to change that sensor?!? cuz we thought swappin the cat back in, for the test pipe would do it...but it never used to do this before:toobad:

1: Check for boost leaks
2: Make sure you have NGK BPR 6ES Spark Plugs gapped at .028"
3: Check your spark plug wires
4: Make sure your MAF is plugged in

If you have a Check Engine Light on, take the car to Auto Zone and get the codes read. Post what codes are found.
