Turbo Hoses?

I pulled my car in the driveway today to see 2 wires connected by a black metal piece hanging on the floor. They are skinny and moderately long. I traced them back and it looks like they connect to my turbo...but i'm not 100% sure. I didn't feel anything unusual on the ride home so I couldn't really tell that they fell. If anyone can tell me what these are, what they do AND how I can fix it, it would be very much appreciated.

Nevermind, I guess I have a boost controller.

I'm guessing it's your boost control solenoid. Your not giving enough information to figure it out for sure.

Well I guess its a MBC because I brought it to my shop and the guy was like yeah you have a boost controller, seeing as I bought this car like 4 months ago and I just recently got a new boost gauge I put it all together and the kid that sold me the car just hid the boost controller and told me the engine was stock. So basically this whole time I haven't known that I've been running on 16 Psi . Yeah...

Ive seen people run 15 psi on stock internals.. Hopefully you're one of those lucky few and you wont have problems in the future because of this.
