Viper 791 xv with Blitz TT

Hey guys,

I have a Viper 791 XV alarm that was installed a couple weeks ago along with a Blitz Turbo Timer. After I get out of the car and arm the system while the TT is running (ignition is bypassed) and is armed, I will start walking away from it. After the TT shuts off, the alarm disarms the system. I understand that it is doing this because it is probably thinking that I am now getting out of the car. When this happens, now the car is left unarmed. This makes me really uncomfortable especially if I'm not in range to arm it back up after it does this.

Is there anyway to keep the system armed after the TT shuts off?

If you have any other questions about what I said because it may sound a bit confusing, please let me know.

Your alarm has a built in turbo timer. Why are you using a Blitz TT?? and why don't use take the Blitz out and use the turbo timer in your Viper alarm?

Because the Viper's TT only runs for either 1, 3 or 5 minutes. You cannot change the settings very easily to the other times, from what I understand. With the Blitz TT, it will run either for a preset time or time itself out depending on how the car was being driven. That is the main reason why I wanted the TT in there, plus I had gotten it before I decided what alarm I was going to put in.
