99 gst Problem Help!!

I have a problem I cant figure out.When I start my car and it is idling the battery light flashes at the same time my headlights and interior lights get brighter and my fuel pump picks up more.I have researched and found nothing about this problem.Can someone please help me?

The alternator (specifically the internal brushes or regulator) are most likely going out.

Definitely sounds like a alternator/battery issue. If you haven't changed your alternator belt lately, it may be contributing to your problem. Also, check your fuses.
