Smoke???

i noticed smoke coming from my car near the engine but nothing so looked under the car and seen smoke coming from my exhaust near the cat...could that mean my cat is bad? do i nead to get a whole new exhaust?

is it that you have a leak in your exhaust system, or are you dripping oil onto you exhaust pipe?

dont know if im leaking? its white i think... im color blind they kinda look the same

if you are getting smoke at the cat and not out the back of the car too then you might be leaking. have you noticed any puddles? if not you may only be leaking from the top of your engine somewhere and oil is coming out only when the engine is running. jack up your car while its cool and look for fresh oil and feel in places you cant see.

take off your heat shield and look for holes

1. Check your lower intercooler pipe and the intercooler for oil.

2. Perform a compression test.

i noticed some oil leaking but its not really from the engine bay more towards the cat, could it be the oil pan? And i did take off my intercooler i cleaned it and there was oil inside but not to much is that normal? lower ic pipping seems fine but im gonna check it a gain and do a comp test. thanks again everyone ... i will post results.
