power windows always on!!!!!

well on my 98 gst when i turn my car off the windows stay on for 30-60 seconds whatever it is well thats what its suppose to do my 96 tsi awd works fine. but my 98 gst stays on no matter how long and it will drain my battery if i dont start it in 4 days. im figuring the relay for the window is shot and its not clicking off when the power shuts off. my question is does anyone have/had this problem or do you know where this relay may be?

High up under driver's dash. There's a 10A fuse and 3-4 relays on a board. The upper right one is it (the others are theft alarms).

The problem is unlikely to be the relay however (unless it is shorting to ground inside), since it only enables power to the windows switches - you still have to push the window button to complete the circuit. (I, in fact, have my relay bypassed so I can operate the windows without having to turn the ignition key on.) So it sounds like you have a partial short somewhere. Do your windows work?
