I did a compression test on my 1g AWD with 140k on the dot today. Wasn't that happy with the results.... Tell me what you all think
#1 138
#2 94
#3 147
#4 139

Put some oil in #2 and it went to about 110.
So the results show that #2 has bad ring lands right? The rest of the motor is in ok condition but could use a rebuild?

OK condition for me personally is 150+, in my opinion. As for ringlands being bad it could be anything in that department, piston too loose, rings worn, bad ringlands. Could be anything my advice to you is rebuild when you get a chance, that motor sounds tired and in need of a little TLC.
