My car is running rather off right now. It's idle surging all crazy, idling lean, stumbling, stalling after start up, running very rich under boost, stalling after I rev it up, and it will barely get itself to peak boost level. And just recently when I start it the engine will rev to 3k and die right afterwards. I thought it was an intake leak or something cause I thought it was making a wierd sound under boost, but I can't seem to find anything. WTF could it be? The BOV go bad? Is it an ECU problem? I don't know, but ever since the alternator went bad it's been running bad, but not this terrible. I've allready checked cam timing and that's dead on. I thought it might have been the MAF translator so I swapped that out and that wasn't it.

do you have alogger, if so what is it reading. what year car do you have?

It's a 92 and I just got one, don't know mutch about it, what should I be looking for? Otherwise I got the car tuned on fuel only, using my wideband.

What kind of spark plugs?
What are they gapped at?
Have you done a boost leak test?
Are you throwing any CEL's?

Check your ISC.
Change your Fuel Filter.

Copper NGKs and I'm going to be changing them for a new set

No, but I can't find anything, and a pipe would have to be gone to make it run like this, I've had IC pipes blow off and it never ran this wierd.

No CEL's

Replaced the ISC a few weeks ago with a brand new unit before this condition occured.

I'll try to get a pump to test the IC pipes and I'll throw a filter in there this weekend, other then that I think it might be ignition or something. Maybe a coil pack. I'm suspection an electrical problem over something mechanical. It runs to erratic.
