CAr smokes how can i stop it???

its a 98 gsx and it started out every once in a while it would smoke a bit and got worse and worse now it smokes when u let the car sit for a minute or so at lights stop sighns and what not! Im like 90% sure its the valve seals, But was wondering in the meantime what could i do to elimanate the proble ma bit?? thicker oil? Or what??? its a6 bolt jdm with like 100 000 kms on it now! Turbo is a t3 t4 sc61 trim not much older than a year with like 2000 kms on it!! ALmost new! so im prety sure its the valve seals!

Have you tested anything yet or are you just making assumptions? You need to do a compression test, if that doesn't work then do a leak down test. You might want to pull your lower intercooler pipe off as well and see if you've got a blown turbo seal. The smoke has a blue tint to it correct?
