where is the most common place for the hks to leak...i found mine to be leaking very very badly between the large O-Ring and the Large Black valve under the casing. Wut happens is when i shift and the throttle is closed the large valve will close slightly off center around the O-Ring making you leak when you shift and boost again..anyone else find this happening to their HKS unit

Is your rubber or ring off centered? if so maybe you can order a new one from hks?
 
the O-Ring is set in by i think 4 of the 8 screws for the casing so i don't think thats the problem. Im almost positive its the valve thats causing the problem..the head of the valve wobbles very easily side to side inside the casing behind the o-ring

another thing i was thinking about..the re routed fitting is really small could there be back pressure going back inside right after blowoff keeping the valve slightly open

i did order a new one already but i just don't want this to happen again..these things arent excatly cheap

how long are these things supposed to last..i mean this could be another part of it..
The HKS was my first mod 2 1/2 years ago when i bought the car
 
Ive had my car for almost 2 years, the bov was one the car when I bought it, never really had problems with it, Ive recirculated it , then vented it, 4 screws hold the casign in which also hodl the rubber in along with 4 other screws, try tighting the rubber down a little more.
 
Ive taken the unit apart at least a dozen times to try to adjust it and the same thing keeps happenings. the first time i took it apart the large valve was kinda just hanging out in there..under the case the large valve is connected by 4 peg holes that it sits in...it was completely disconnected and since that day its never worked right
