good day , dear sirs !
i'm from Russia, my Mitsu Galant E55A 4g63 (2.0 l) 1993
doesn't start .
when I turn the ignition key , the CHECK ENGINE doesn't glow.
I've checked with volt-meter the power on the ECU, there is +0.05V instead of +12V.
When I disconnect the connector from ECU, +12V is OK.
I understand so , that trouble is in ECU.
When I've extracted the board from the case of ECU, I've seen that one of M5269L is fried. But as I know, this M5269L (low saturation output driver) controls the ISC (the idle step curcuit), and i wonder , why should it influence the glowing of CHECK ENGINE...
May be not only M5269L is damaged but something else ?
I would be very appreciate to all of you for any tips on how to repair my ECU...
Is there any analogues of these chips (M5269L) ? i ask because M5269L is hard to buy in Moscow.
