PLEASE HELP, Car wont start!

Im at my wits end with this thing...its a 90 Talon TSI AWD 5 spd...and it turns over but wont run...

Drove the car home from work last week, took a nap, went to leave for class and NOTHING...this just came out of the blue.

heres what ive done so far:

-Replaced cam angle sensor (it went bad before) Yes its on the right direction and yes ive tried flipping the actual rotating part 180*
-new plugs (gapped at .320)
-checked to make sure fuel pump was still attached to feed line
-Removed and reinstalled battery terminals
-put in new Mas air sensor (this was bad anyways)

I replaced the ECU when i first got the car about 4 months ago, so im pretty sure that is still good (plus i wired up a diagnostic LED, which blinks constantly at a steady pace indicating normal ECU operation)

There IS spark (checked all 4 plugs with all 4 wires) and there IS fuel (as indicated by yanking off the fuel line and shooting gas all over the place, plus the fouled out plugs i replaced before had fresh fuel on them.)

HELP!!!!!!!!!

Well you have spark and fuel so the only thing left is compression. Check your timing marks and perform a compression test.
