Gauges...

Alrighty, i installed new Autometer gauges (boost and A/F) and the boost works fine, lights up and all, but im not getting any reading on the A/F at all. I followed these guides to the "T"

and im pretty sure that all my connections are correct and tight. Any help is appreciated.

also noticed just now when i was out driving that it idles funky, and has NO power until the turbo all of a sudden kicks in at around 2800 rpm. when it rough idles, it is at 15 mmHg, and when it would idle correctly it woud be at 20 mmHg of vacuum. Any clue? Could it be the connections for the A/F gauge (O2 sensor is tapped into...)?
