listers flatend

hey im trying to buy a 91 3000GT vr4 with 150,000 miles on it and the guy im buying it from told me the lifters are flatend. one how much shuld i offer him the car is fine besides that, and how much would it be to fix that? any help would be cool

I think you might just have to replace the lifters, which is probably under $300 plus labor if you don't do it. I dont think it will screw anything else up in the head.

I would offer him $1000 or so because of the high miles and it being a turbo car with problems.
