So the problem Im have is my car with not go over 5k rpms in 1st or 2nd when Im getting on it, and sounds like my Msd 2 is staging.

So I was thinking it might be a boost leak, I did a boost leak test and my EGR gasket was leaking really bad; I have it blocked off. I replaced the gasket and its still leaking. Could this be causing the problem? Would any of you have any other ideas?
I have also checked the plugs and they looked fine; I have them set a .028.

Should I use a silicone sealer with the gasket?
Please help............

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

The EGR was blocked off but leaking, so I replaced the gasket. It does not seem to be leaking any more. I still cant go above 5k rpms; I think I may have a leak in the TB. Could a leak cause this problem?

Thanks for the help.
