Need help with a 1g n/a eclipse poss. headgasket

Hey guys I need some help. I assume that my headgasket is blown because im blowing white smoke out and shooting liquid out the exhaust constantly, I have to hold the key down constantly for it to start, and I have that milky white substance on my oil cap, but nothing on my dipstick. Also, I was wondering how much it would cost to get it replaced. Also when I check my oil dipstick the oil is way past the two notches on the dipstick I was wondering what was causing that.

sounds like head gasket. I did all the work myself(except machine work)and everything cost me $260.00...its fairly easy to do and you dont need alot of tools

Thanks for the response appreciate it. Even though 260 is not bad at all I want to sell my na eclipse and get this 1990 turbod laser for 1800 I hope I can get it

Anyone else have an opnion also about why my dipstick reading is so high?
